I wanted to let you know that I went to an agility trial on Sunday and I talked to several people who mentioned you added the Chat Room to the NADAC Champs this year.
I tell you that they absolutely LOVED IT!! They said it was wonderful to be able to chat with people who also could not attend.
In case you were wondering if it was worth doing - I would say from their reaction - it was!!
Keep up the great work!!

I just wanted to express how pleasurable it was to watch the NADAC Championships on 3pbn. Thank you for ALL the hard work and long hours. It was greatly appriciated.

The film crew puts in some mighty long days during the NADAC Championships. They're at work by 6am and leave around midnight each day. Think they love what they do? You bet they do!

Thank you 3Pines and Janet McLaughlin for providing my little agility partner Clue with her own song and both of us with our own music DVD. I cry and smile as I listen to the words of our song and relive our runs at the 2009 NADAC Championships. 3Pines offered to produce a DVD of each competitor's runs at the Championships and Janet McLaughlin offered to customize her agility song, "My All-American Boy" which she wrote for her dog Carson, to include the NADAC Championships and individual dog's names. When 3Pines and Janet put their talents together the results were something so special and personal for each dog and handler team. 3Pines produced a DVD that went way beyond what I was expecting. I had no idea they were matching the words of the song to our runs. Janet McLaughlin's CD and 3Pines DVD are treasures.

Admin reply: This was truely a unique and special project. We created these custom music DVD's for 35 people and their dogs. Each one was inspirational and moving.

We enjoy producing special features for people to enjoy for the rest of their lives. We look forward to seeing what special projects come up in the future.

Saturday I received both our Dvds from the NADAC Champs.The one of our runs is wonderful, but the one with Janet McLaughlins 'All American Jack' just blew me away. With a lot of stuff going on in the run up to the Champs I must have missed what 3Pines were going to do. I can't imagine the work involved in matching clips of our runs to the music. The result is something that will be treasured for years to come.I sure hope you will be at the next Champs.

We just received our first DVD from Three Pines. We are delighted both with the quality of the product and the great service. We also got a copy for relatives back east who have never seen us run agility. They are thrilled with their DVD (though laughing a little too hard, for our comfort!). Thank you, Three Pines!

Watching your self on video is the absolute best traing ever. I am new at dog agility training and after spending 5 minutes of watching what I did wrong I was able to turn my mistake around and make a qualifing run. Having a professional film you is light years away from what you can do your self. Three Pines is very professional and does an excellent job. I compared the video that my wife took to theirs and the was no comparison. for me it was money well spent. Thanks

Offering true instant replay at every event is absolutely necessary. We're really not a 'vendor', we're an educational tool. We only sell the individual runs so the event can afford to have us there.

Absolutely lovely video. Great quality and such wonderful folks! I've done agility for almost 15 years and have NO video of my dogs and I running at trials. This past weekend was the last runs for one of my dogs (will now be retired) and I'm so glad Three Pines was there to record it for me! I look forward to getting more of their video of me and my dogs and I know the instant replay was a huge success at the trial.

Admin reply: We all experience the aging of our dogs with sadness. They're just not with us long enough! To have 'home quality' video just isn't good enough, as far as we're concerned. We've won international awards for our work partly because we recognize the importance of excellent camera and production work. We want you to have the best footage possible of you and your dog.

I've been doing the dog agility trials for many, many years and all over the country. Never have I come across this level of filming quality and customer service. You are, by far, the best in every facet of a business and your footage is surpassed by none. Everyone claims to be the best but YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Companies like Bow Wow Video, Agility Video, High Caliber Video all claim to have the best equipment and know-how but after seeing just one weekend of your work proves that they know nothing about what their doing.

I took a look at your equipment and was blown away by what I saw. These other guys mostly use little cameras that anyone can buy at Wal-Mart, but you have cameras that are obviously costing thousands of dollars. And, the footage bears out the difference in the quality of the cameras.

Your instant replay is the first true instant replay I've ever seen. Within just a second or two of requesting a run to be played, there it was! And not just once, but every single time I requested another run it was playing within a matter of a few seconds. Amazing.

And, finally, the various ways you provide for us to take the runs home is staggering. NO ONE offers the things you do and NO ONE provides the level of quality and service that you do. Trust me, I know. Thank you so much for the hard work you put in to this service and into your products. I'll be checking your calendar to see where you'll be and will try to make it to those events, if I have a choice.

We've never really cared much what other companies are doing so we really don't know how we stack up against them. We just focus on excellence and do what we would want a company to do, if we were the customer.

I'm sure we'll see you at a trial someplace around the country.

I am so glad that you are doing so many of the MCHA shows. It is great to be able to get such high quality videos of our runs in such a quick manner. the ability to get them on USB drives as well as dvd and Youtube really helps to promote our horses. Keep up the good work.
